Webcamming is the act of simulating social experiences through technological apertures. Through the application of Unreal Engine and MetaHuman, this simulation reveals how intimacy develops through the act of webcamming. By manipulating perspective, proximity, and awareness, different forms of intimacy can be created between viewer and subject. Based on psychological research of JenniCam and other primitive examples of webcamming, this simulation demonstrates the potential to which intimacy can be created and manipulated.
